Excite Insight provides Life Coaching, in the format of coaching cycles consisting of a minimum of 6 up to 12 sessions.
Coaching is a co-creative performance partnership, in which coach and client work together so that the client gets to where he wants to go, and achieves the success and goals of his/her own choosing.
The job of the coach is to support the client, mostly by asking powerful questions. These enhance the client’s clarity, focus, energy and help remove any barriers in the way of achieving his/her goals.
The coaching cycle, usually lasts between 3 and 6 months. Its length will be adapted to your specific personal needs and wishes, and depends as well on the overall goals you choose to achieve.
I will support you in clarifying all these aspects.
In the beginning of the whole process you choose “what” you want to achieve by the end of the cycle. I will work with you on the first session to support you clarifying your goals, and throughout the cycle my job is to support you in getting there!
In each individual session you choose “what” specifically to focus on, that supports you on your overall process. A safe and empowering space is created so that you can explore and discover anything that is blocking or limiting you.
You will find the answers and solutions to remove those blocks and limitations, and choose the adequate action plan that will get you to achieve your goals with ease, energy and joy. I will encourage your commitment to these concrete actions and plans – the “how” to get there!
This is an illustrative list of some of the main areas I have addressed in the past with my clients. It is non-exhaustive list, and any other areas of interest and specific goals can be added, since the “what” to work on is always chosen by the client.
Your wishes, needs, and choices always come first.
